Key Responsibilities

  • Attend events, exhibitions, conferences, and community programmes to promote MediLife services.
  • Visit schools, hotels, clinics, and corporate organizations to build partnerships and generate new leads.
  • Represent MediLife professionally and confidently to enhance brand image.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or service industries.
  • Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel to external venues and events.
  • Ability to present confidently and build trust with clients.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
