Key Responsibilities
- Attend events, exhibitions, conferences, and community programmes to promote MediLife services.
- Visit schools, hotels, clinics, and corporate organizations to build partnerships and generate new leads.
- Represent MediLife professionally and confidently to enhance brand image.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and deal closures.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or service industries.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel to external venues and events.
- Ability to present confidently and build trust with clients.
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
