Business Development Manager / Outside Sales Representative

FirstLight Home Care of Scottsdale is seeking an experienced, driven, and well-connected sales professional to help grow one of the area's premier non-medical home care agencies.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We are specifically looking for someone who already has pre-established professional relationships throughout Scottsdale and Phoenix with healthcare professionals and referral sources who influence care decisions for seniors and families.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has existing relationships with professionals such as:

• Hospital discharge planners
• Case managers / care managers
• Physicians and medical offices
• Home health professionals
• Hospice professionals
• Assisted living and independent living communities
• Skilled nursing and rehab facilities
• Senior service professionals and community partners

You should understand how to build trust, generate referrals ethically, and represent a high-quality home care company with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout Scottsdale, Phoenix, and surrounding areas
• Generate qualified private-pay home care leads
• Conduct in-person visits, networking, and community outreach
• Create strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals
• Maintain follow-up systems and referral pipelines
• Represent FirstLight Home Care with professionalism and integrity
• Help grow market presence in a competitive luxury/private-pay market

Qualifications

• Prior outside sales experience in home care, healthcare, hospice, senior living, or related industry required
• Existing referral relationships in Scottsdale / Phoenix required
• Proven track record of generating business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Reliable transportation for field-based work
