Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Healthcare Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the UAE healthcare industry and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Arabic. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle patient queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using the clinic system.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient service.
  • Verify insurance coverage and guide patients on requirements when applicable.
  • Manage patient complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established call center protocols.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE healthcare industry (mandatory).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, insurance procedures, and appointment workflows.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
  • Proficiency in healthcare software systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
