About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and seamlessly converting inquiries into confirmed appointments. You will play a key role in the clinic's growth and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Convert patient inquiries into scheduled appointments, effectively promoting our clinic's services.
• Provide detailed information about our doctors, treatments, and services to potential patients.
• Manage patient appointments, reminders, and follow-ups using our clinic management system.
• Address and resolve patient queries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets for call quality and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Guide and mentor junior call center agents, sharing best practices.

Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications & Experience):

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably within a medical center, hospital, or healthcare provider.
• A proven background in sales or tele-sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Empathetic, patient-focused, and able to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM or clinic management software.
• MUST have own transferable visa.
