Showroom Sales Executive cum Autocad Draftsman

Sales & Customer Service

• Greet, assist, and guide clients visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable kitchen equipment, solutions, and packages.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and product presentations.
• Follow up with customers, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Maintain product knowledge and promote new arrivals or offers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product availability, delivery, and installation.

Technical & Drafting

• Prepare kitchen layout plans (2D/3D) using AutoCAD based on site measurements and client requirements.
• Modify and update drawings based on changes received from clients or project teams.
• Ensure accurate placement of equipment according to workflow, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Assist in technical submissions, BOQs, and design documentation.

Showroom Operations

• Maintain showroom cleanliness, display readiness, product tagging, and inventory records.
• Support marketing activities, including photos, brochures, product catalog updates, and social media display content.
• Assist in after-sales coordination such as delivery, installation scheduling, and customer feedback handling.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, Business, or related fields.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in commercial kitchen equipment or similar industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic advantage).
• Technical understanding of workflow, electrical, plumbing, and exhaust requirements is a plus.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
