Healthcare clinic Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and organized Floor Supervisor to oversee daily clinic operations, ensure smooth patient flow, and support clinical and front-desk teams. The role focuses on maintaining service quality, coordination, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations on the clinic floor

Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting times

Coordinate between doctors, nurses, reception, and support staff

Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, and shift coordination

Address patient concerns and escalate issues when required

Ensure clinic cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards

Support front desk with patient scheduling and crowd management

Ensure compliance with DOH / DHA / MOH healthcare regulations

Prepare daily reports on operations and incidents

Assist clinic management with operational improvements

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (Healthcare Management preferred)

2–4 years of experience in a healthcare clinic or hospital setting

Experience in clinic operations or patient services is mandatory

Strong leadership and coordination skills

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
