About the Role

SuperiorMed Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Longevity and Wellness Clinic. This role ensures smooth clinic performance, regulatory compliance, high‑quality patient experience, and effective coordination across clinical and administrative teams. The ideal candidate is independent, solution‑oriented, and adaptable, with strong leadership and healthcare management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, licensing, insurance requirements, and statutory standards
• Maintain readiness for DHA inspections, internal audits, and external compliance reviews
• Monitor clinic performance and implement operational improvements
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement and expansion
• Provide practical solutions to operational challenges

Leadership & Staff Management

• Supervise, train, and support clinic staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development
• Coordinate with medical and wellness teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and vendor management
• Support marketing, promotions, and service improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment

Patient Experience & Service Excellence

• Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all patients
• Handle escalated patient concerns with discretion and empathy
• Oversee delivery of premium longevity services, including IV therapies and optimization programs

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Independent, confident, and solution‑driven approach

• Flexible and able to adapt to changing operational needs
• Experience in longevity or wellness clinics is an advantage.
