Job Summary

We invite applications from experienced HR professionals with healthcare or hospital experience to manage daily human resources operations and support clinical and non-clinical personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Handle recruitment and onboarding for hospital staff
• Support payroll coordination and attendance management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare policies
• Address employee relations and HR queries
• Assist with performance management and HR reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Proven HR experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
