Healthcare Data Specialist

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Healthcare Data Specialist with strong expertise in data analytics to support our Value-Based Care (VBC) and MSSP initiatives. The role focuses on transforming healthcare data into actionable insights that improve performance, compliance, and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage CCLF, HCC, and quality data for MSSP and VBC programs.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize performance trends.
• Perform data transformation and cleaning using Power Query (2–3 years of hands-on experience).
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to identify high-risk populations and monitor quality measures.
• Support CMS reporting, risk adjustment analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare data analytics or value-based care programs.
• Proven skills in:
• Power Query (2–3 years).
• Power BI (2 years).
• Data Transformation & Interactive Dashboards.
• Understanding of CMS programs, HCC risk adjustment, and quality reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems, SQL, and population health tools.

Location: DHA Phase 6 (On-site)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06 PM – 03 AM (Night Shift)
