What You'll Be Doing
This role owns the full benefits function — designing and administering competitive benefit programs that attract and retain top talent while keeping costs in check. You will partner closely with the Director of Compensation, Manager of HRIS, and VP of Total Rewards to build a cohesive rewards strategy aligned with broader business goals, and you will lead and be accountable for the entire benefits team.
Day to day, you will manage external vendor and consultant relationships, ensure all plans stay compliant with applicable laws and regulations including ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, DOL, and IRS requirements, and continuously evaluate processes to keep benefit delivery running efficiently. You will collaborate with HRIS and IT to develop and improve enrollment tools and automated benefits systems, serve as the escalation point for the HR Service Center, and drive clear and accurate benefits communications across the organization. Developing metrics to measure the ROI of benefit programs is also a key part of the role.
