The Training & Employee Engagement Intern will support the organization’s learning and people engagement initiatives by assisting in the development, coordination, and execution of training programs and employee engagement activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate training, employee development, and workplace culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to enhancing employee experience across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development Support

  • Assist in identifying training needs by gathering data, feedback, and insights from various departments.
  • Support the development of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and basic e-learning content.
  • Help coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
  • Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, assessments, and participant feedback.
  • Assist in conducting pre- and post-training evaluations to help measure learning effectiveness.
  • Support ongoing employee development initiatives, including career growth and skill-building programs.
  • Help compile reports and insights on training outcomes for review by senior team members.

Employee Engagement Support

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Coordinate with the Admin team to support budgeting, vendor communication, and logistical arrangements.
  • Support monthly birthday celebrations, employee recognitions, and internal communications.
  • Assist in initiatives focused on employee well-being, inclusion, and collaboration.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback to support improvements in engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in training, learning & development, and employee engagement.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of learning platforms or willingness to learn LMS tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
