Job Title: HR Trainee
Experience: Minimum 6 months (including internship experience)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have foundational HR knowledge or internship exposure and a keen interest in people operations and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in HR operations, including documentation, employee records, and system updates
  • Support training and development activities, including session coordination and tracking
  • Work on HR-related tasks using Odoo HR modules (training will be provided if required)
  • Maintain HR reports and assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 months of experience, including internships or trainee roles
  • Basic understanding or exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement
  • Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Willingness to learn Odoo HR system and other HR tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a learning mindset
