Job Opportunity: HR Intern

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team in Lahore. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about Human Resources to gain hands-on experience and develop foundational skills in a professional environment.

Internship Details

• Designation: HR Intern
• Duration: 3 to 6 months
• Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
• Stipend: Provided

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Assisting the HR team with posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate tracking sheets.
• Onboarding & Documentation: Preparing new hire paperwork, assisting with the onboarding process, and ensuring all employee files are accurately maintained.
• Administrative Tasks: Providing administrative support to the HR department, which may include data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
• Employee Engagement: Assisting in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal communication efforts.
• Policy Compliance: Supporting efforts to ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

What We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (BBA, BS, or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong desire to learn and contribute to the HR function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• High level of confidentiality and strong organizational skills.
