Position Overview

We are looking for two (2) motivated and detail-oriented internees to join our Lahore office. This internship offers hands-on training and real-world experience in data analysis, order processing, invoicing, accounts, and HR operations.
You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining practical exposure that will help you build a strong foundation for a career in business operations and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis and report preparation to support management decisions
• Handle order processing, documentation, and record management
• Support invoice generation, payment follow-up, and account reconciliation
• Participate in HR activities, including recruitment assistance and employee records management
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or final year student) in Business, Accounting, Economics, or Computer Science preferred
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or any data management tool
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work independently
• Must be available for onsite evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
