Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in daily operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, employee records management, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling)
- Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Support onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Assist in attendance tracking and basic payroll coordination
- Help in maintaining HR databases, ERP systems, and Excel sheets
- Support HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
- Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HRISM.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
