Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in daily operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, employee records management, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling)
  • Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding documentation
  • Assist in attendance tracking and basic payroll coordination
  • Help in maintaining HR databases, ERP systems, and Excel sheets
  • Support HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
  • Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HRISM.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
