Zameen.com is Pakistan’s Largest Online Real Estate Portal Connecting Buyers with Sellers within & outside the country. Zameen.com started its funding first round in 2012 which constituted of several angel investors and substantial investment from venture capital firms. A further two rounds of major investment were closed in late 2015 and early 2016, bringing in a total of $29 million.

Job Summary:

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in daily HR operations, recruitment activities, documentation, and employee coordination while gaining practical exposure to core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
• Support onboarding activities and maintain employee records
• Help in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
• Maintain and update HR databases, employee files
• Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support
• Ensure confidentiality of employee data and HR information
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resource Management
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
