Role Overview:
The HR Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day human resource activities such as recruitment support, onboarding assistance, employee engagement initiatives, HR documentation, and compliance-related tasks. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing joining documents, coordinating inductions, and updating employee data.
  • Support and update employee records, attendance data, and HR documentation.
  • Support employee engagement activities and handle basic employee queries.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field. MBA (HR) students preferred.
  • Freshers or candidates with internship or academic project experience are welcome.

Specific Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and processes.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 1-6 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
