Job overview:

As a Project Manager, your role will involve defining project objectives and scope, developing projects plans and allocating budgets and resources required, assessing project risks and develop viable risk management methods, utilizing your strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and experience in software solutions implementation preferably in the healthcare sector, to ensure meeting deadlines, performance standards, client requirements and management priorities in accordance with the organization goals, as well as manage project teams and cross-functional contributors, provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualification and Experience required:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, IT, Engineering or a related field. holding PMP, PgMP, RMP or an equivalent certification is an advantage.

A minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar position, preferably in the field of Healthcare IT Solutions.

Skills and Competencies required:

  • Highly advanced project management skills (scope, Integration, Resources & cost, time/schedule, procurement, risk and stakeholder managements) and project Methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the health Information & IT aspects of healthcare sector (Data Management & Security, Networking & Infrastructure, PACS & Clinical Systems Integration HL7 & HIS, LIS, …).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including (Communication, leadership, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation and Decision-making).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex challenges in a limited time.
  • Client-focused, with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in preparing and delivering professional reports and presentations.
  • Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
  • The ability to travel according to business requirements.
