Happy Smile Clinics Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare IT Specialist to manage, support, and optimize healthcare information systems. This role requires expertise in IT infrastructure, electronic health records (EHR), and compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring that technology solutions improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• System Management: Install, configure, and maintain healthcare IT systems, including EHR/EMR platforms.
• Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and support for clinicians, staff, and administrators.
• Data Security: Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, local laws).
• Integration: Connect medical devices, software applications, and hospital systems for seamless workflows.
• Training: Educate healthcare staff on IT systems and best practices.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through technology.
• Monitoring: Maintain system performance, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaboration: Work with IT teams, healthcare providers, and vendors to align technology with clinical needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare IT or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
• Familiarity with healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Health Informatics or IT Management.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician, CPHIMS, or CISSP.
• Experience with cloud‑based healthcare solutions.
• Background in telemedicine platforms or mobile health applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ﷼16,000.00 per month
