Sales Specialist – Medical Devices

Role Overview

The Sales Specialist is responsible for the commercial development and strategic management of

the portfolio of advanced medical devices intended for the aesthetic and medical sector.

The role involves building strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals,

ensuring proper positioning of technologies, client training support, and sustainable revenue

growth, in full compliance with local medical device regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within clinics, polyclinics, hospitals, and aesthetic

medical centers.

- Establish long-term professional relationships with physicians, medical directors, and decision

makers.

- Implement company sales strategies tailored to the Saudi market.

Account Management

- Manage and grow the assigned client portfolio.

- Ensure continuity of relationships and post-sales support.

- Collaborate with clients to effectively integrate technologies into their facilities.

Technical & Commercial Support

- Present technologies and devices professionally and in compliance with regulations.

- Coordinate training sessions and updates for healthcare staff.

- Ensure correct use of devices according to clinical and safety guidelines.

Market Analysis

- Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.

- Provide periodic reports to management to support strategic decisions.

Compliance & Regulations

- Ensure all commercial activities comply with Saudi medical device regulations.

- Operate according to high ethical and professional standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical fields, or related disciplines.

- 2–5 years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare, or aesthetic sector.

- Understanding of healthcare structures and clinical workflows.

- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Native Arabic speaker.

- Fluent English (required for interaction with international management).

- Willingness to travel within the territory.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine clinics.

- Ability to organize clinical training and technology demonstrations.

- Professional network within the Saudi healthcare sector.
