HEALTHCARE MARKETING SPECIALIST

As a Healthcare Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and retention, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, management, and other stakeholders to create compelling content, optimize digital marketing strategies, and enhance the overall patient experience through various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and competitor activities in the healthcare industry.
  • Analyze patient demographics, psychographics, and behaviors to design targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and develop relevant content that resonates with the audience.
  • Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns to enhance online visibility and patient engagement.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure the healthcare website is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and informative.
  • Content Creation & Branding:
  • Develop compelling content (blogs, articles, video scripts, infographics) that communicates healthcare services and programs effectively.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s brand, values, and regulatory standards in Dubai and the UAE.
  • Event Planning & Coordination:
  • Organize healthcare seminars, webinars, and community outreach programs to promote awareness about health services or new treatments.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals and third-party vendors to execute events and initiatives.
  • Patient Experience:
  • Develop strategies to enhance the patient journey from initial contact to post-care, ensuring a seamless experience that encourages loyalty and referrals.
  • Utilize patient feedback and surveys to refine marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
  • Partnerships & Networking:
  • Establish relationships with other healthcare providers, insurance companies, and corporate clients to expand the reach of marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and influencers to amplify brand messages.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with local health regulations, privacy laws, and ethical standards in the UAE.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI, presenting findings to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in healthcare marketing is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on healthcare or medical services.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and healthcare marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and cultural considerations.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Languages:
  • Fluency in English is required. Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Other:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
