Job Summary:
The Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of daily operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and client documentation.
• Respond to client inquiries and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment.
• Coordinate with service providers and staff to manage appointments and treatment schedules.
• Help manage stock levels of treatment supplies and place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree mandatory in healthcare background.
• Proven experience in operations, preferably in a wellness, medical, or beauty environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, google sheets, making reports and capable of learning new software quickly.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in english and hindi communication. Arabic is plus.
• Must have 1year work experience in same role in clinics or hospital
• Flexible to do any shift (Morning or evening shift).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
