About Us

Nurse Next Door McLean is a US-based home healthcare agency providing compassionate and high-quality care services across Virginia, USA. We are looking for a highly organized and professional individual to join our Lahore office operations team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage caregiver/RN scheduling for US clients
  • Handle daily staffing operations and shift management
  • Complete and review caregiver and RN clinical notes
  • Upload and manage patient documentation on Axxess Home Health software
  • Follow up with caregivers regarding documentation and compliance
  • Conduct interviews of caregivers and healthcare staff in English
  • Post jobs on different hiring platforms and recruitment channels
  • Coordinate with the US operations team regarding staffing needs
  • Maintain employee records and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure timely completion of patient care documentation
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers, nurses, clients, and management
  • Assist in HR and recruitment-related tasks
  • Support operational workflow and administrative healthcare processes

Requirements

  • Medical or healthcare background preferred, such as Nursing, Public Health, Allied Health Sciences, etc.
  • Excellent English communication and interviewing skills
  • Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
  • Experience with healthcare operations or staffing preferred
  • Knowledge of US healthcare documentation is a plus
  • Experience using healthcare software systems is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills
  • Experience with recruitment/job posting platforms is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS Nursing / Allied Health Sciences / Healthcare Management
  • Experience in home healthcare or medical operations
  • Familiarity with US healthcare terminology and documentation
  • Experience with scheduling coordinators or staffing operations
