Location: Hitechcity, Hyderabad (Onsite 5 days)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various clinical and non-clinical roles.

Key Responsibilities

· Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, therapists, technicians, physicians).

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting to candidate onboarding.

· Build and maintain relationships with candidates and healthcare clients.

· Screen applicants for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

· Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and credentialing documentation.

· Stay current on industry trends, compliance standards, and workforce needs.

· Meet or exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing (3–5+ years preferred).

· Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, terminology, and compliance requirements.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in ATS systems and MS Office / Google Workspace.

· Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment.

Note: -No Cab Facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,539.05 - ₹30,000.00 per month
