About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and result-driven Healthcare Recruiters who can manage end-to-end professional hiring.
The role requires a balance of recruitment expertise, counseling skills, and sales acumen to identify, engage, and convert potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified professionals (freshers or experienced) from job portals, colleges, and references.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate eligibility.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for ongoing and upcoming hiring drives.
- Counsel candidates on career opportunities, process timelines, visa requirements, and documentation.
- Ensure high conversion rates from inquiry → enrollment → placement.
- Support candidates in completing application paperwork and ensuring compliance with immigration guidelines.
- Maintain daily records of outreach, leads, enrollments, and placements in the CRM.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
- Achieve monthly targets for candidate enrollment.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream (Healthcare, HR, or Business preferred).
- Prior experience in healthcare recruitment, study abroad, or overseas manpower consultancy preferred.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills (English & Hindi mandatory; regional languages a plus).
- Strong ability to convince, counsel, and convert candidates.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
