Position: Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Dubai, UAE
Must be ready to join immediately

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Specialist / Recruitment Assistant to support our HR team in managing end-to-end hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for open positions
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process
• Verify credentials, licenses, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
• Manage job postings and recruitment platforms
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Healthcare recruiter or Recruitment Assistant (experience with visiting doctor's position would be a plus).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably on own visa (Freelance / Family / Spouse visa).
• Available to join immediately.
