WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Deliver standout experiences — provide top‑tier service that turns first placements into long‑term partnerships.
Build strong relationships — connect with healthcare professionals through calls, texts, social, job boards, and referrals.
Be a trusted advisor — interview, screen, and guide clinicians toward roles aligned with their goals.
Own your business — build and manage a candidate pipeline to support hiring from start to finish.
Drive results — bring grit, resilience, and a competitive edge to exceed monthly goals.
Collaborate to win — partner with support and client teams to ensure shared success.
Champion retention — maintain lasting clinician relationships through extensions and new opportunities .
Lead with positivity — contribute to a winning culture.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
-High School Diploma or GED.
-Successfully pass a background check.
-At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
-A strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through.
-Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, moving quickly, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
-You’re self-motivated and thrive in an autonomous role.
-You’re open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
-You’re comfortable using MS Office Suite, CRM/ATS systems, and multiple digital platforms.

Compensation Range:
Pay: $45,000 - $250,000+
Base Salary $45,000 + uncapped commission based on sales
