Are you a driven recruiter ready to take full ownership of the hiring process from start to finish? Join our team as a Healthcare Recruiter supporting our Loudoun and Western Loudoun County territory, based out of our Ashburn office.

We are seeking a motivated professional who is passionate about connecting compassionate caregivers with meaningful work. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for Caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs who make a difference in the lives of clients every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for caregiver and healthcare aide roles
• Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and community partnerships
• Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants for skill, reliability, and culture fit
• Oversee onboarding processes and ensure licensing and credential compliance
• Partner closely with operations leadership to meet staffing goals across Loudoun County
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified caregivers

What We’re Looking For

• Prior healthcare recruiting experience (caregiver or CNA recruiting strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for supporting compassionate caregivers and delivering quality care

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
