Job Summary

A Life to Live Home Care is seeking a high-performing Healthcare Recruiter who is ready to go beyond traditional hiring practices.

This is not a “post and pray” recruiting role.

We are building a team of caregivers who deliver exceptional, personalized care—and we need someone who can identify, attract, and secure individuals who meet that standard.

If you are driven, intuitive, and unwilling to settle for average hires, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and hire caregivers (CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, and related roles)
  • Conduct structured and intuitive interviews to assess both skill and character
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond job boards (community outreach, referrals, networking)
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce goals
  • Ensure all candidates meet compliance, onboarding, and documentation requirements
  • Protect hiring standards by identifying and addressing red flags early

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or hiring experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to assess candidate quality beyond resumes
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through

Preferred:

  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or human services
  • Experience recruiting CNAs, caregivers, or direct care staff
  • Familiarity with onboarding and compliance requirements
