Healthcare Recruitment Sales Executive (UK Market)

IBSTEC is hiring a motivated and target-driven Healthcare Recruitment Sales Executive (UK Market) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with UK sales experience who are passionate about B2B client acquisition and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads within the UK healthcare sector
• Connect with care homes, nursing homes, and hospitals
• Present recruitment solutions and close sales deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in UK campaign sales (healthcare recruitment)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (fluent English required)
• Proven experience in B2B sales and lead generation
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on results

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with UK care homes or staffing agencies
• Understanding of UK healthcare recruitment processes
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 + attractive commission
• Working Hours: UK Shift (Monday to Friday)
