About This Role

N-Able is a healthcare Management Services Organization (MSO) that partners with independent outpatient clinics to increase their net, sustainable revenue — without compromising patient care. We only get paid when the clinic grows.

As a Healthcare Sales Agent, you are the first point of contact between N-Able and prospective clinic partners. You identify practices that are a strong fit for our model, build relationships with clinic owners and administrators, and guide interested practices through to a signed partnership agreement. You also participate in the early implementation phase for clinics you bring in — ensuring a smooth handoff and maintaining the client relationship through the critical first months.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify independent healthcare practices that are a strong fit for the N-Able partnership model
  • Conduct targeted outreach to clinic owners, practice administrators, and healthcare decision-makers
  • Introduce N-Able's operational partnership model and value proposition to prospective clinics
  • Build and maintain relationships with practice leadership through the sales process
  • Facilitate and close introductory discussions, advancing qualified practices to a signed agreement
  • Participate in the early implementation phase for your signed clinics — you stay involved, not just through the close
  • Coordinate follow-up meetings and introductions with the N-Able implementation team
  • Maintain accurate outreach and activity records within N-Able's tracking systems
  • Represent N-Able professionally at all times

Target Market

You will focus on independent outpatient medical practices of all specialties.

Ideal clinic profile: 1–3 providers, gross annual collections of $350K–$700K+, independent ownership, and openness to adopting new workflows or technology. Clinics that already have established billing codes and a working EMR system (even if underutilized) are the best fit.

Start in your local market where you have existing relationships and regional knowledge. As your network develops, you can expand outreach to additional markets.

Territory

N-Able operates a regional model: one practice per specialty per 10–15 mile radius. When a clinic signs with N-Able, they receive a geographic non-compete — N-Able will not bring on a competing clinic of the same specialty within that radius. This protects the clinic's interests and builds trust in the partnership.

Territory assignments are first-come, first-served upon clinic signing. Clinics may waive the geographic exclusivity restriction if both they and any existing N-Able client in the area agree.

This structure benefits you as an agent: the clinics you bring on are protected, which strengthens retention and the long-term value of your book.

Candidate Profile

Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred. Strong sales or business development professionals who can effectively engage healthcare providers and practice ownership will also be considered.

Preferred backgrounds:

Training & Support Provided

  • Structured onboarding program covering N-Able's service offering, implementation methodology, and EMR/AI system overview
  • Sales approach training and objection-handling guidance
  • Access to sales collateral, email templates, and competitive positioning data
  • CRM tools and outreach tracking systems
  • Ongoing support from the N-Able implementation team throughout your first clinic engagements
  • Direct coaching from N-Able's operations lead during training and early clinic closings

Compensation

This is a 100% performance-based role with no base salary. You earn a percentage of the Novel Income N-Able generates from the clinics you sign — for the life of each clinic's contract. Novel Income is defined as revenue above the clinic's established pre-N-Able baseline. Your share is drawn from N-Able's fee, not from the clinic's portion.

Sign multiple clinics and your income compounds. Specific compensation terms and contractor obligations are defined in the independent contractor agreement provided at onboarding.
