Healthcare Sales Representative

ACCOUNT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner and in-person representative for GI practices, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and strong personal connections.
  • Onboard, train, and re-train practice staff on Belly tools, workflows, and referral processes; ensure 100% of practices feel supported and trained.
  • Drive referral growth by reviewing activity with practices, identifying bottlenecks, encouraging steady referral flow, and increasing referrals 20–30% per practice.
  • Maintain frequent field presence (25 clinic visits/week), prioritizing high-opportunity practices and visiting top partners every 1–2 weeks.
  • Ensure Belly visibility and readiness at practices by maintaining updated materials, retraining new staff within 2 weeks, and resolving issues quickly.
  • Track performance and insights by logging all visits, monitoring referrals and outcomes, collecting feedback, and resolving most issues within one week.
  • Provide weekly internal reporting on practice performance, satisfaction, feedback, and growth opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of account manager experience required.
  • 3+ years of healthcare account manager experience preferred.
  • Gastrointestinal understanding preferred.
  • Reliable personal vehicle required.
  • Willingness to travel throughout New York & New Jersey required.

PAY RATE: $75,000/year + commission + travel expenses
