Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager manages a portfolio of strategic project initiatives across the organization. Portfolio management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of portfolio management, including individual project cycles, intake, charter development, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. The Senior Project Manager will work to ensure deliverables fall within the organization strategic plan, applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and align with the mission and strategic plan of the organization

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Public Health or a related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of direct relevant experience required.
• Experience with Project Management Tools: Smartsheet, Lucid Chart, Visio, Office 365 preferred.
• Five (5) years of healthcare-related experience strongly preferred.
• Or Fifteen (15) or more years of equivalent combination of experience
• Valid identification required.
• PMI Project Management certification (PMP) required.
• Six Sigma/Lean Practitioner certification required.
• Agile and/or Safe Agile certification or experience preferred.
