$75,000–$125,000 base with total earnings around $140,000+ (negotiable based on experience)
Our client is a growing healthcare organization supporting home infusion and urgent care operations. They are hiring a hands-on Talent Acquisition leader to build and execute a consistent, reliable hiring process from the ground up. This is an execution-focused role for someone who wants to be fully embedded in the day-to-day and make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting across clinical and non-clinical roles, managing a steady pipeline of open positions
Drive sourcing efforts directly, including outreach, screening, and closing candidates
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to keep hiring efforts moving and aligned
Build local recruiting pipelines through schools, workforce programs, and community outreach
Manage incoming applicants and collaborate with external agencies to supplement hiring efforts
Support onboarding coordination, basic employee relations, and license/compliance tracking
Improve hiring processes and introduce structure as the organization continues to grow
What You Bring
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within healthcare or a fast-paced environment
Background in agency recruiting or high-volume recruiting environments strongly preferred
Willingness to be onsite and actively involved in daily hiring operations
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining urgency and momentum
Strong ownership mindset with accountability for recruiting outcomes
Comfort working in an environment without heavy structure and building processes as you go
