Job Description: Healthcare Recruiter

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for clinical and non-clinical positions across our healthcare network. The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff, with a solid understanding of UAE healthcare licensing and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding—for physician, nursing, allied health, and administrative roles.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals through job portals, professional networks, and direct outreach.

2. Workforce Planning & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with clinical leadership, department heads, and HR teams to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.

3. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare licensing standards (DHA, MOH, DOH).
  • Manage documentation, credentialing, and verification processes for shortlisted candidates.

4. Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Track and engage passive candidates for critical positions.

5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
  • Prepare and present monthly recruitment reports and market intelligence.

6. Employer Branding

  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a preferred healthcare employer in the UAE.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, recruitment drives, and healthcare events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of recruitment experience in the healthcare industry (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of clinician, nursing, allied health, and admin hiring.
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare licensing processes (DHA/MOH/DOH).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
