Healthcare Transactions Attorney - In-House Counsel

Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with one of the nation's largest real estate companies to add an In House Counsel to focus on healthcare transactions to is growing legal team. This team focuses on investments in the healthcare space, including residential wellness and healthcare centers across the U.S.

Ideal Experience:

• 4+ years' experience (law firm or in house) handling healthcare transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial real estate ownership transers
• Strong background in the Healthcare industry, with deep knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Managing data/analytics across a large real estate portfolio
• Proven ability to manage legal support staff and outside counsel

Company Offers:

• Competitive base salary starting at $175,000 + 20% annual bonus
