Key ResponsibilitiesExternal Outreach & Networking

  • Represent MediLife at events, exhibitions, seminars, health fairs, and corporate gatherings.
  • Conduct regular visits to schools, hotels, clinics, community groups, and corporate offices to build brand awareness.
  • Identify, approach, and convert new partners requiring MediLife's healthcare or homecare services.

Homecare Business Development

  • Promote MediLife’s homecare offerings—home nursing, elder care, physiotherapy, chronic care support, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with residential communities, building management, and homecare referral partners.
  • Conduct outreach to families and individuals seeking long-term or short-term homecare support.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding of new homecare clients.

Strategic & Sales Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand MediLife’s market presence.
  • Prepare proposals, service packages, and partnership presentations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and contract signings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare, homecare, wellness, or service industries.
  • Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in client acquisition for homecare or similar services is a strong advantage.
  • Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable attending frequent external visits.
