Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Hearth Fireplace and Hot Tub Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining fireplaces, hot tubs, and related equipment. Your expertise will ensure our customers enjoy safe, reliable, and efficient heating and relaxation solutions. Responsibilities

• Perform appliance repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance on fireplaces, hot tubs, and related systems using schematics and technical manuals.
• Diagnose mechanical issues related to HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems and execute effective repairs.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions for optimal equipment performance.
• Install new appliances or upgrade existing systems following safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on proper operation and routine maintenance of their equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery and uphold safety protocols.

Experience

• Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on appliance repair or HVAC/R systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
• Experience in appliance repair, HVAC systems, refrigeration, or construction is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior technicians when needed.
• Familiarity with equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail in diagnosing complex issues.
