Heating Systems Engineer

Responsible for providing technical expertise and support for heating solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will leverage your technical knowledge and sales skills to drive growth across our various product lines and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Size and select boilers, heat pumps, pumps, calorifiers, solar and hydronic systems.
• Prepare technical submittals, drawings, calculations, and compliance documentation.
• Provide pre-sales and post-award technical support.
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors during design and execution.
• Recommend value-engineered and alternative solutions to optimize performance and cost.
• Promote and sell heating solutions including heat pumps, solar panels, and boilers to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales stages, including system selection, sizing, and solution design.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and recommend suitable heating solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 5 years of experience in heating/HVAC systems, preferably with supplier or OEM background.
• Strong expertise in hydronic heating systems and controls.
• Familiarity with UAE projects and relevant standards (ASHRAE, CIBSE, BS, EN).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus.

PREFERRED:

• Experience working with international manufacturers or principals.
• Exposure to boiler plants, heat pumps, or district heating interfaces.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
