Job Summary;
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities;
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, mini-split equipment, and water heaters.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system calibrations, and preventative annual maintenances to ensure peak performance.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using tools like ohmmeters and refrigerant gauges repair or replace faulty components as needed.
- Conduct field service visits for property maintenance projects involving heating and cooling equipment repair, or HVAC system upgrades.
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inspection reports to ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements.
- Operate and drive company vehicle safely for transportation between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with a strong background in environments.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems including refrigeration and HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration).
- Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in schematics reading, HVAC design principles, hydronic systems, and equipment repair.
- Hands-on experience with field service operations involving appliance repair, property maintenance, boiler systems, and pipe joining techniques.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse settings; excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Certifications related to HVAC systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical components and the use of testing tools like ohmmeters is required.

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
