Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service in maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems across diverse property types. Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical equipment, plumbing fixtures, and refrigeration units to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and specialized diagnostic devices to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems efficiently.
• Repair appliances related to HVAC/R systems while adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Maintain detailed service records, work logs, and reports documenting all repairs, inspections, and installations performed.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to coordinate repairs or upgrades that improve system performance and energy efficiency.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in construction sites or field service environments.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC system design plans.
• Experience with refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems related to HVAC applications; ability to perform appliance repair when necessary.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R standards, air conditioning units, boilers, and related mechanical equipment.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for electrical troubleshooting.
• Skilled in welding techniques for equipment repair or fabrication tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; experience driving <PERSON> vehicles preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude combined with strong problem-solving skills for complex maintenance tasks.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics and perform precise repairs based on detailed instructions.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
