Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Overview
We are an Elite dealer for Tempstar and looking to add another technician to the team. We work on residential and light commercial hvac systems in Manatee and North Sarasota county and have been in business for 29 years. We are family owned and operated.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heat pumps, light commercial, and ventilation systems
• Perform maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment in residential and commercial settings.
• This position requires on call rotation, but we are not 24/7
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to execute precise repairs or installations.

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes while providing excellent customer service in field service operations.
• Filter changes/maintenance at retirement complexes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
• Familiarity with construction processes and property maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately
• Mechanical aptitude combined with the ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $25.32 - $35.00 per hour
