THE ROLE

You’re not just running calls — you’re the standard.

· Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems

· Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time

· Build trust through clear communication and education

· Mentor junior techs as you grow into leadership

· Take ownership of your truck, tools, and performance

DAY-TO-DAY

· Diagnose and repair HVAC systems

· Provide honest, accurate recommendations

· Complete jobs right the first time

· Maintain clean, stocked, organized truck

· Use Service Titan for documentation

· Participate in scheduled on-call rotation

WHAT YOU BRING

· 2+ years HVAC service experience

· EPA 608 Certification

· Clean driving record

· Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts swapping)

· Customer-first mindset

· Drive to grow and lead

Bonus:

· Service Titan experience

· Residential and light commercial background

· HVAC certification or degree
