We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across diverse property types. Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose system issues.
• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate.
• Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as drainage or water supply connections.
• Use specialized tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for component repairs.
• Maintain detailed service records, work logs, and reports for all maintenance activities performed.
• Assist with HVAC design modifications or upgrades to improve system efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
• Operate a <PERSON> driver vehicle safely for on-site visits or client appointments.
• Handle ammonia refrigeration systems with proper safety procedures when applicable.
• Support property maintenance teams by providing field service expertise for appliance repair and mechanical system troubleshooting.

Skills

English is a must

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration) systems.

• Proven service technician experience in construction or property maintenance environments.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately for installation or repair purposes.
• Knowledge of HVAC design principles to support system upgrades or new installations.
• Familiarity with plumbing, refrigeration techniques including ammonia refrigeration systems, and boiler operations.
• Skilled in electrical testing using tools like ohmmeters; capable of performing equipment repair and welding when necessary.
• Experience with field service operations including appliance repair and general property maintenance tasks.
• Valid <PERSON> driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between job sites.
• Mechanical aptitude combined with problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
