Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy buses for transportation of employees, staff, and workers to and from oil & gas sites, camps, and designated locations.
• Ensure strict compliance with company safety policies, traffic regulations, and oilfield HSE standards.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned bus.
• Follow approved routes and schedules while ensuring timely and safe transportation.
• Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and transportation documentation accurately.
• Ensure passenger safety, including proper boarding and disembarking procedures.
• Coordinate with transport supervisors and site personnel regarding schedules and operational requirements.
• Respond appropriately during emergencies or breakdown situations in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid Heavy Bus Driving License.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Heavy Bus Driver in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques.
• Familiarity with GCC roads and remote site transportation is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and remote site assignments.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• GCC driving experience preferred.
• H2S, Defensive Driving, First Aid, or other Oil & Gas safety certifications are an advantage.
• Experience transporting workforce personnel in remote oilfield environments is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
