Position: Mixer Driver

Job Summary:
Responsible for operating and driving a concrete mixer truck to transport ready-mix concrete safely and efficiently to construction sites while ensuring product quality, timely delivery, and compliance with traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and drive a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to customer locations and construction sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Ensure concrete is mixed and transported according to company quality standards.
• Load materials and monitor mixer operation during transit.
• Deliver concrete safely and on schedule while following traffic laws and company policies.
• Communicate with dispatchers, plant operators, and site personnel regarding delivery schedules and site conditions.
• Assist with positioning the truck and discharging concrete at the job site.
• Clean the mixer drum, chute, and vehicle after deliveries to prevent material buildup.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, tickets, and vehicle logbooks.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report accidents, delays, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately.
• Perform basic maintenance checks including tires, lights, brakes, oil, and fluid levels.

Required Skills:

• Safe driving and defensive driving skills.
• Knowledge of ready-mix concrete transportation procedures.
• Ability to operate heavy vehicles and equipment.
• Understanding of vehicle inspection and maintenance requirements.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Time management and route planning abilities.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and construction environments.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license (as required by local regulations).
• Experience driving concrete mixer trucks or other heavy commercial vehicles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and complete delivery documentation.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
