Job Summary
- Salary/Pay Rate: (Based on experience) plus Year-End Bonus.

- Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday. (some saturdays if needed)
- Project Scope: Civil Construction / Utilities / Sitework.
- Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: OSHA 10 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and other machinery to perform tasks efficiently and safely.
- Manage the operation of construction vehicles including front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and tanker trucks.
- Assist with site preparation, grading, excavation, material handling, and transportation of construction materials like concrete mixers and farm machinery.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow safety protocols diligently and participate in safety meetings to uphold a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and operational logs.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment on active sites.
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery such as Caterpillar equipment and other major brands.
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials when necessary.
- Knowledge of construction materials and processes related to concrete mixers, farm machinery, and tanker operations is a plus.
