• Operate Backhoe and Excavator safely and efficiently on construction sites
• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance of equipment
• Follow project plans, blueprints, and specifications to complete tasks accurately
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate tasks
• Document equipment usage and maintenance activities as required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating Backhoe and Excavator
• Valid certifications and licenses for operating heavy equipment
• Strong knowledge of safety practices in heavy machinery operation
• Able to interpret project drawings and specifications
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and equipment condition
• Willingness to work flexible hours and in various weather conditions
