Job Summary: We are actively seeking highly skilled, experienced, and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operators / Drivers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery efficiently and safely on project sites across Dubai and the broader UAE. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of operational excellence and a strong dedication to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a range of heavy equipment including, but not limited to:
• JCB Backhoe Loaders
• Bobcat Skid-Steer Loaders
• Hydraulic Excavators
• Wheel Loaders (Shovels)
• Other related heavy machinery as required.
• Perform daily pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functioning and safety.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and reports of equipment operation, maintenance, and any incidents.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, project managers, and team members.
• Ensure efficient completion of tasks according to project schedules and specifications.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of [Insert Number, e.g., 3-5] years of proven experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Demonstrable expertise in operating JCB Backhoe Loaders, Bobcat Skid-Steer Loaders, Excavators, and Wheel Loaders.
• Valid and appropriate UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License and/or Heavy Equipment Operator Certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment mechanics and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of safety standards and practices in construction and industrial environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often under varying site conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
