Heavy Trailer Driver

Job Title: Trailer Driver (Gas Company)

Job Summary:
The Trailer Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of gas products using company trailers. The role requires strict adherence to road safety regulations, hazardous material handling procedures, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy-duty trailers to transport gas cylinders, bulk, ISO Tanks of industrial gas safely to designated locations
• Ensure compliance with all UAE traffic laws and hazardous material transport regulations
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (before and after trips) to ensure roadworthiness
• Safely load and unload gas cylinders or tanks, ensuring proper securing of cargo
• Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently
• Maintain accurate delivery records, trip logs, and fuel consumption reports
• Report any accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor
• Ensure proper handling and emergency response in case of gas leaks or incidents
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition at all times
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams for delivery instructions

Requirements:

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 4 or 5/6)
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a trailer driver, preferably in gas, oil, or hazardous materials transport
• Knowledge of UAE roads and routes
• Familiarity with safety standards for transporting dangerous goods (ADR certification is an advantage)
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading tasks
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)

Working Conditions:

• Drivers are expected to follow all company safety protocols without exception

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
